Synopsis

Dutch sugar tycoon Jan (Hans Dagelet) unexpectedly passes away on a secluded Indonesian island, leaving his wife Agathe (Renée Soutendijk) in disbelief. The narrative unfolds as their son Cornelis (Florian Myjer) and his pregnant wife Josefien (Lisa Zweerman) travel from the Netherlands to inherit the family empire. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when they discover that Jan's mistress, Siti (Hayati Azis), holds a pivotal role in his will, adding complexity to their inheritance journey.
