VENI

Synopsis

Veni is set in a small apartment and tells the story of Varsha, a woman juggling the chaotic routine of her daily life. She lives with her husband, Amol, their son, Yash, and is responsible for caring for Narmada, her 70-year-old mother-in-law who is in the late stages of Alzheimer's disease. Narmada's memories have faded, but she still retains certain fragments, such as her love for folk songs, the sensation of peeling garlic, and her addiction to roasted tobacco. Amidst this, Varsha finds out that she has missed her period, which leads to a deep paradox, raising questions about the nature of her reality.
