Synopsis

Nayika" is a captivating short film that beautifully blends classical Indian Kathak dance with storytelling inspired by the Natya Shastra's Ashtanayikas and miniature paintings. It takes viewers on an emotional journey through the stories of two of the eight heroines: Vasaksajja and Khandita, celebrating the artistry of Kathak and the cultural richness of India.
